How Our Free Matching Service Works

Finding the right UK online school can feel overwhelming. We do the research for you and only introduce you to accredited schools that genuinely fit your child and your budget.

Most parents who come to us are dealing with a real problem: a private school closing or becoming too expensive, a child who is anxious or refusing school, unmet SEN needs, or a family moving abroad who wants to keep the British curriculum. Our free service is designed to make the next step clearer and less stressful.

1

Tell us about your child (takes about 2 minutes)

Complete our short, secure form. We ask about year group, any learning or wellbeing needs (including SEN, anxiety or school refusal), when you would like to start, and your rough budget. The more context you give us, the better we can match you.

2

We carefully review and discuss the best options

Instead of you spending hours comparing websites, our team looks at your information against the schools we work with. We then discuss with you which schools are genuinely the best fit for your child’s needs, learning style and your budget.

3

You decide who you would like to speak to

Once we have talked through the most suitable options, you choose whether you would like an introduction. If you are happy to proceed, we can introduce you to the school (or schools) that best match your child. You remain in complete control at every stage.

4

Try before you commit — with no pressure

Most of the schools we work with offer a free trial week (something we have negotiated for families). This means your child can experience the lessons, the teachers and the platform before any decision is made. There is never any obligation to enrol.

We work with a wide range of online schools

Not every family needs (or wants) the most expensive option. We deliberately work with schools at different levels so we can match you properly:

Entry-level options – from around £2,000 per year. These typically cover the core / mandatory GCSEs.

Mid-range schools – usually £4,000 to £6,000 per year. These allow students to take a full set of GCSEs with more subject choice and support.

Premium online private schools – typically £8,000 to £12,000+ per year. These offer a high-level, private-school equivalent education with smaller classes, stronger pastoral care and wider subject options.

When you complete the form we take your budget into account so we only discuss schools that make sense for your family.

This service is especially helpful if:

  • Your child’s private school is closing or the fees have become unaffordable
  • Your child is anxious, refusing school, or not coping in a large classroom
  • You need better SEN or pastoral support than mainstream school is providing
  • You are moving abroad and want to continue with GCSEs or A-Levels
  • Your child is an elite athlete or performer who needs a flexible timetable

Why is this service free for parents?

We never charge families. When a parent enrols at one of our partner schools after an introduction from us, that school pays us a standard introduction fee from their own marketing budget. This does not increase your child’s tuition fees in any way.

This model lets us stay independent and focused on finding the right educational fit for your child.
