1. Nature of Our Service

online-schools.co.uk operates as an independent, introductory educational matching service. We are designed to help families identify and connect with accredited online schools in the UK.

  • We do not provide education: We are not a school, a tuition centre, or an exam board. We do not directly provide educational courses, curriculum materials, or qualifications.
  • Free for Parents: Our matching service is provided completely free of charge to parents and guardians. We may receive an introductory fee or commission from our partner schools if a student successfully enrolls.
  • The Final Contract: If you choose to enroll your child in an online school recommended by us, the legal and financial contract for that education is strictly between you and the chosen school. We are not a party to that agreement.

⚠️ 2. No Legal or Educational Guarantees

While we strive to ensure that all information on this website regarding UK education law (including Elective Home Education, EOTAS, and the deregistration process) is accurate and up to date, it does not constitute formal legal advice. Laws and Local Authority policies are subject to change. Parents, particularly those with children holding an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), must independently verify their legal standing with their Local Authority or an educational solicitor.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the academic outcomes, exam results, or university admissions of any child placed through our service. Education depends on a multitude of factors, including student attendance, effort, and individual capability.

3. User Obligations

When utilizing our matching form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your child’s educational requirements. You confirm that you have the legal right and parental responsibility to make educational inquiries on behalf of the child.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PASECOM GROUP LTD (trading as online-schools.co.uk), its directors (including founders Paul and Victoria), employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our website or matching service.
  • Any actions taken (such as deregistering a child from a mainstream school) based on the informational content provided on our website.
  • Any disputes, financial issues, or safeguarding concerns that arise between you and a partner online school after an introduction has been made.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as UK Government legislation pages or exam board websites) that are not owned or controlled by PASECOM GROUP LTD. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PASECOM GROUP LTD owns the intellectual property rights for all content, text, layout, and graphics on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
